We want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are handmade cosmetics, a few common-sense rules apply. Please review and adjust this policy for your business.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used skincare, soap or lip products unless they're faulty.
If a product is still sealed and unused, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Once we receive and check a returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
